If you’re going to watch a movie on Halloween, you might as well go for a genre crossing classic that successfully blends the supernatural with humor, gore, romance and martial arts. A meek tax collector is seduced by a lovely ghost that is imprisoned by an evil soul-sucking spirit. They both fall in love, and the taxman ends up going to hell to free her. If you love it, and we know you will, there are a couple of worthy sequels. Make a night of it.
